PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack hardly broken and having a movable structure for an attachment/detachment operation capable of smoothly releasing engagement. SOLUTION: This battery pack 100 has an engagement part 11 engaged with and disengaged from an electric apparatus, and attached to and detached from the electric apparatus through the engagement part 11. The engagement part 11 is formed on the outside surface 12 on the side in a projecting direction of the movable structure 10 piercing a case wall surface from a space other than a battery-occupied space in a battery case and capable of projecting and retracting; a pair of elastically deformable leg parts 16 are integrally continuously projected from an outside surface on the side in the retracting direction of the movable structure 10; a part of the continuously projected end periphery of each leg part 16 is brought into contact with a plate body 17; the engagement with the electric apparatus is released by moving the movable structure 10 in the retracting direction to bend the respective leg parts 16; and the movable structure 10 released from the engagement moves in the projecting direction by reactive force to elastic force generated by the bending of each leg part 16, and brought into a state engageable with a part to be engaged.
