PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic composition having very good cosmetic characteristics for an especially sensitized hair. SOLUTION: This cosmetic composition comprises at least one ester of an oxy ethylenated sorbitan with an 8-30 C saturated or unsaturated straight chain-formed or branched fatty acid and having≤20 molar number of ethylene oxide units, at least one non-silicone cationic polymer having≥4 meq/g cationic electric charge density and at least one non-silicone solid fatty substance in a cosmetically acceptable aqueous medium.
