PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair-transplantation metal sheet which does not cause unsightly discoloration or the like on the hair-transplantation layer of the hair-transplantation metal sheet caused by the penetration of rainwater, dew water or the like, and which is improved in productivity. SOLUTION: Water-repellenct treatment is provided to short fibers 3 in a predetermined area of the hair-transplantation layer of the hair-transplantation metal sheet 4, and to the surface of the short-fiber plantation layer 2 by providing a water repellent 5. The water-repellent treatment is performed by osmosing the water repellent to the predetermined area of the hair-transplantation layer and drying it. The water repellent can be obtained by diluting a mixed solution, which is made by mixing an organic functional group polysiloxane with fluorine-based resin, with water in the proportions of 1 part mixed solution to 5 to 7 parts water. Because of the water-repellent hair-transplantation layer in a predetermined area, rainwater, dew water or the like can be prevented from penetrating into the hair-transplantation layer of the area 4b.
