PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chips and iron powder conveying device capable of smoothly delivering chips and iron powder between unit linear motors divided for structure. SOLUTION: The unit linear motors 20A and 20B are structured by winding an even number or an odd number of coil pairs 14, which are respectively formed by arranging a U-phase coil 13U, a W-phase coil 13W and a V-phase coil 13V in order, around divided iron cores. The adjacent coil pairs 14 and 14 inside the unit linear motors 20A and 20B are arranged, while winding in opposite directions to each other, to form a synthetic magnetic field, and between the unit linear motors 20A and 20B, opposite coil pairs 14 and 14 are wound in the same direction to generate a synthetic magnetic field, and a mobile magnetic field is thereby formed.
