<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to inexpensively and easily transmit and receive a large capacity of image data with high-quality images, without requiring a server, irrespective of the communication capability of each of users and utilizing an existing communication circuit. <P>SOLUTION: In this image transmitting/receiving system, image transmitting/receiving devices 1-12 each have a connection means 23, key code issuing section 27 for access for issuing an authorizing key in transmitting and receiving an image, image input/output 22, input key 24, communication speed detector for measuring the communication speed of each of the image transmitting/receiving devices, transmitting table creator 26 for creating a transmitting table defining a transmitting order used for performing efficient transmission, receiving table evacuator 28 for storing the transmitting table to be sent from a transmission source, and control unit 30. In distributing an image, the transmitting table created in the transmitting table creator and the authorizing key for transmission/reception issued by the accessing key code issuing section are distributed to the transmission destination, and image transmission is performed based on the authorizing key. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
