PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device capable of preventing a phase shift of a clock signal. SOLUTION: An EMI filter 31 is mounted between a controller IC 22 and a TAB-IC 32. The phase of the clock signal is adjusted by a clock phase adjusting circuit 25 by taking the phase shift generating at the time of the noise removal of the clock signal in the EMI filter 31 into consideration. The phase of the clock signal input to the TAB-IC 32 can be synchronized with the respective phases of a data signal and a synchronizing signal. The phase shift of the clock signal input to the TAB-IC 32 with respect to the data signal and the synchronizing signal can be prevented. The respective input timings of the clock signal, the data signal and the synchronizing signal to the TAB-IC 32 can be reliably assured. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
