PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key holder for reducing the possibility to make an unjust utilization of a key, a security/key box and a key management system capable of improving the security by having a separation prohibition function so as to prevent the key from being taken out from the key holder, an abnormality detection function with regard to carrying out of the key holder and a monitoring function managing the movement of the key holder. SOLUTION: When the front end 111 of an approximately J-shaped hook 110 is stored inside of a holder case 150 to make taking-out prevention of the approximately J-shaped hook 110 by a lock piece 120, the key holder 100 forms a signal path of the approximately J-shaped hook 110, the lock piece 120, a signal generation circuit 130 and a fixed interlocking section 140. When the key holder is inserted, the signal path is confirmed, at the same time, it is considered as the security/the key box so that the approximately J-shaped hook 110 can not be moved, and it can be considered as the key management system so as to make a remote monitoring through the security/key box.
