PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a food that does not lose vitamins and other nutritional components contained in a sugar cane juice, has an excellent flavor and improved preservability. SOLUTION: The method for producing a frozen sugar cane juice comprises washing sugar canes with water, cleaning the sugar canes with acidic water with pH 2.7-3.0 formed by electrolysis, rewashing the cleaned sugar canes with water, squeezing juice, passing the obtained sugar cane juice through a filter, removing an impure ingredient, sterilizing the juice by ultrasonic vibration at 30-50kHz and ultraviolet irradiation, packing/sealing the sugar cane juice in a vacuum bag, thermally sterilizing the juice at 75-85°C for 8-12 minutes and freezing the juice by rapid cooling.
