<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a specific kind of information to attract a user in a printed matter when display data showing a content of a web page, etc. are printed over a plurality of pages. <P>SOLUTION: A PC determines whether or not a received web page is the specific kind of web page comprised of a 3×3 table having a structure in which the respective cells in the first and third lines are coupled. Then, when the received web page is determined as the specific kind of web page, image data laid out in the cell in the first line are set as header image data (S511) and image data laid out in the cell of the third line are set as footer image data (S513). Then, the header image data are laid out at positions corresponding to header regions of the respective forms (S520) and the footer image data are laid out at positions corresponding to footer regions of the respective forms (S530).
