摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stopping device for a robot capable of shortening a stopping distance of a relative operation part of the robot. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a stopper member 8 provided in at least one of a pair of relative operation parts 2 and 3 performing relative movements with each other to stop the relative movements by being held between the relative operation parts 2 and 3 when the operation parts 2 and 3 collide with each other. The stopper member 8 is a combined member that two kinds of members having different hardness are mutually fixed. Both end faces of each of the members are in direct contact with each of the pair of relative operation parts 2 and 3, and the members are combined so that compression load when the pair of relative operation parts 2 and 3 collide with each other may be substantially vertically received by both the end faces.
