PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment controller of low cost which is suitable for variety in function. SOLUTION: The equipment controller comprises a plurality of sets of switch units 15 of which a set consists of a plurality of detection switches SW mounted on a circuit board 8, an operation member 3 which is swingable and arranged to counter the sets of switch units 15, a drive member 12 which is provided to the operation member 3 and can selectively operate one or a plurality of detection switches SW, and a control unit 19 for discriminating a function assigned to the operation member 3 based on the combination of operation states of the detection switches SW. The drive member 12 is a resin molding separate from the operation member 3. One or more drive members 12 are mounted on a plurality of slots 3f formed on the rear surface of the operation member 3.
