<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric ceramic having high reduction resistance in a firing condition under a non-oxidizing atmosphere, flat temperature characteristics of relative permittivity or dielectric loss, high insulatinon resistance and stable DC bias dependency. <P>SOLUTION: The dielectric ceramic comprises a sintered compact having strontium zirconate-based crystal phase, barium zirconate-based crystal phase and calcium zirconate-based crystal phase as main crystal phases and containing Mn and when the average crystal grain diameter of the strontium zirconate-based crystal is expressed by DSZ, the average crystal grain diameter of the barium zirconate based crystal is expressed by DBZ and the average crystal grain diameter of the calcium zirconate based crystal is expressed by DCZ, the average crystal grain diameter ratio DBZ/DSZ and DBZ/DCZ are equally 0.3-0.7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
