<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weather strip and its manufacturing method capable of preventing deterioration of appearance quality in a flocked part. <P>SOLUTION: The weather strip is mounted to a peripheral edge of a door opening of a door for an automobile. The weather strip is equipped with a trim part having an approximately U shaped cross section and a hollow shape seal part, and a design lip 18 is extendingly formed on the trim part. A rubber film layer where a color development of the color different from black is applied is formed on the design surface of the weather strip such as the outer surface of the design lip 18, an adhesive layer 28 is formed on the surface of the rubber film layer 27, and the flocked part 29 is formed on the adhesive layer 28. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
