PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store disaster-prevention articles 4 capable of providing sufferers with a warm meal, a warming and a light at night or the like, and to ensure a living keeping at a minimum of the sufferers at 100 person units by their own forces for a period immediately after the generation of a disaster and for about three days. SOLUTION: A disaster-prevention warehouse has a container 1 for a disaster prevention formed of a fire-resistant and durable material and the disaster-prevention articles 4 having at least smoked wood P introduced into the container 1. The container 1 for the disaster prevention has housing spaces 3 capable of storing the disaster-prevention articles 4 ensuring a life at the minimum of the sufferers at 100 person units for several days until a rescue at a time when a life line is cut to pieces reaches. The container 1 houses the smoked wood P having high ignitability, thermal power property, fire keeping property, smoke protection property and shelf life as a fuel for the warming and a cooking in the housing spaces 3.
