<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily generate an execution flow for executing service according to a business process by a plurality of servers. <P>SOLUTION: When the business process 3 is input, a cooperation system applied for cooperation between swim lanes is determined by a cooperation system determination means 1a. Then, processing content set in a corresponding swim lane is set to execution flows 4a, 4b, 4c for every swim lane in the business process 3 and processing content is set by the cooperation system determined by a cooperation system determination means 1a regarding input/output across the swim lanes.
