ABSORPTION HEAT PUMP AND CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorption heat pump capable of making up for loss caused by heat waste from an absorbent solution at a stop.

SOLUTION: The absorption heat pump 101 or 102 comprises a hot water storage tank 12 thermally connected to a regenerator 1 through a circulation system Lc where a heat medium circulates, and a control device (a control unit 20). The control device 20 is constituted to perform control of circulating the heat medium in the circulation system Lc after the operation stop of the absorption heat pump and charging the hot water storage tank 12 with a quantity of heat held by the absorbent solution heated by the regenerator 1 through the heat medium.
