摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid chromatographic apparatus that has a flow channel switching valve for switching between separation and connection between a sample suction channel system and an elution channel system including a pump, a separation column and a detector, and can shorten the transition time of mobile phase to the separation column and shorten the analysis time. SOLUTION: In a sampling step, a valve 8 separates the flow channel between the pump 3 and separation column 5 and the sample suction system 7. In a sample injection step, the flow channel of the valve 8 is changed, the sample suction channel system 7 is connected to a gradient elution channel system, and a sample is introduced into the gradient channel system. In a gradient analysis step, the valve 8 is operated by the time when the mobile phase composition variation reaches valve 8, and the sample suction channel system 7 is separated from the gradient elution channel system. In the gradient analysis step, the sample suction channel system 7 is separated from the gradient elution channel system, and the mobile phase can be supplied to the separation column 5 without passing it via the sample suction channel system 7.
