PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain a highly accurate positioning result even by a positioning device with a low-cost clock such as an XO used as an internal clock. SOLUTION: This positioning computation unit computes a position by using positioning information including a quasi-distance, a navigation message, and data reception time, output by a signal reception part equipped with a clock synchronized with a clock mounted on a positioning satellite, the reception part processing positioning signals received from a plurality of positioning satellites. This computation unit is equipped with a time correction part for outputting data reception time corrected by using a clock error obtained through a positioning computation, a satellite position calculation part for thereinto entering the corrected data reception time to output a calculated position of the positioning satellite, and a positioning calculation part for thereto entering a corrected satellite position and the quasi-distance to calculate the position again for outputting it.
