PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To commonize a plurality of boards and reduce the cost of board designing. SOLUTION: A circuit board unit 16 has an LED circuit board 35 and rotary boards 37. Insertion holes 39 are formed on the LED circuit board 35. The insertion holes 39 are formed by continuously providing engagement hole portions 39b on the top and bottom of body hole portions 39a. Supporting concavities 39c are formed on the right and left of the side where the body hole portions 39a are formed. Rotation regulation plates 43 are attached to the first board surface 35a and the second board surface 35b of the LED circuit board 35. LEDs 36 are mounted on the rotary boards 37. Spindles 44 are attached to the body portions 37a. The Spindles 44 are inserted into the supporting concavities 39c and the rotary boards 37 are attached to the LED circuit board 35 rotatably around the Spindles 44. The LEDs 36 and the LED control section 38 of the LED circuit board 35 are electrically connected through a connecting lead wire 42, a connecting connector 41, a connecting plug 45, a connecting lead wire 46 and an LED connecting terminal 36a.
