PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system organizing a functional section which collects abandoned vegetable fruits and cleans pollution of the fruits or removes injury of the fruits, a section which processes the fruits to products and a section for selling or the like. SOLUTION: The system consigns the operation to a local NPO or to the local residents. Inspection and cleaning of the collected fruits is consigned to a local university or health center of municipality, etc., therefore a system for inspecting and cleaning the fruits to obtain harmless fruits is established. An apparatus for utilizing the harmless fruits to produce the products is installed on the district for collecting fruits.
