摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new efficient method for transfering a nucleic acid into cells, and a culturing subatrate used for the method. <P>SOLUTION: This method for transfering the nucleic acid into the cells is provided by immobilizing a polyion complex of the nucleic acid with a cationized polysaccharide together with a cell adhesion promoter for cell adhesion to the cell-culturing substrate firmly under a physiological condition familiar with the cells on the culturing substrate, and culturing the cells on the culturing substrate so as to incorporate the nucleic acid into the cells.
