<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly and reliably separate a casing unit and an other-side cut-off valve by an external force and to form them with small diameters while withstanding pressure. <P>SOLUTION: An inflow side passage 15 and a rod insertion hole 17 of the casing unit 12 are arranged so that the mutual axes intersect almost at a right angle, and an outflow side cut-off valve 26 and an eye bolt 21 on the opposite side in an axial direction are connected to a weighing machine 3 through a wire 5. Consequently, when a hose 4 is pulled, the separating direction of the casing unit 12 and the outflow side cut-off valve 26 and the pull direction are united to smoothly and reliably separate the casing unit 12 and the outflow side cut-off valve 26. A part to which superhigh pressure is applied is formed into double structure with a rod 32 inserted in a socket 16 and a valve casing 28.
