PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a misoperation prevention device for a facility, storing a work history of a worker to prevent misoperation of the worker. SOLUTION: This misoperation prevention device has: horizontal sensors 2201-2209; vertical sensors 2211-2216; an instruction storage part 310 storing instruction; an operation history storage part 330 storing an operation history of a switch 130; a speaker part 810; a display part 510; an operation detection means 150 detecting operation of the switch 130; and an operation position decision part 610 calculating a position of a control panel 120 from a vertical position and a horizontal position of the control panel 120, and specifying the switch 130 present in the calculated position. When a combination of a setting state of the switch 130 and the specified switch 130 is matched with a misoperation history stored in the operation history storage part 330, an alarm is outputted through the speaker part 810. When not matched with the misoperation history, contents of the instruction corresponding to the switch 130 are read from the instruction storage part 310, and are outputted to the display part 510.
