PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casting float so as to enable the easy casting of the dumpling of the ground bait, which is a difficult technique of fishing performed at a shore or breakwater, by bringing the bait loaded on the float, capable of being handled even by a beginner, especially easy for wrapping the dumpling with the float, also having no fear of entangling of leader and also easy for using at night. SOLUTION: This casting float 3 loaded with the dumpling of the ground bait is formed by installing a fixed frame (3) having a shape for wrapping the dumpling and an opening and closing frame (2) having a flexible part (5) and a shape for wrapping the dumpling at a position from the periphery to the lower part of an inside through float (1), forming a line-passage part (4) at the opening and closing frame (2) and the fixing frame (3) or at the fixing frame side of the inside through float (1) and also forming the line passage part (4) by installing yarn (6) or an opening and closing arm (7) between the fixing frame (3) and opening and closing frame (2).
