<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems such that in the improvement of species of plants, there is a limit for increasing the yield by treating the seeds of a plant of Gramineae, such as seeds of paddy rice, corn seeds, etc., by a genetic engineering technology and also there are issues in safety in the method of the genetic engineering. <P>SOLUTION: It is possible to increase the yield of the plant of Gramineae by 20% by performing the physical treatments such as a process of immersing the seeds of the plant in an ionic water, a process of magnetic field treatment, a process of an electric field treatment, a process of regimen treatment, a process of drying treatment, etc. Further, by performing such the treatments, nitrogenous fertilizer becomes unnecessary, since the plants incorporate nitrogen in air through rhizobium since the treatments enable a symbiotic combination with bacteria and the rhizobium.
