PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize an induction heating coil unit on the outside of a fixing belt without causing insufficiency of power. SOLUTION: In the fixing device, the fixing belt 2 is laid between a heating roller 1 being a heating element and a fixing roller 3 being a non-heating element, and the induction heating element is disposed on the outside of the heating roller 1 so as to heat the fixing roller 3 with the heat of the heating roller 1. The induction heating element is constituted of a first coil 6 arranged along the outer periphery of the heating roller 1 on the outside of the fixing belt 2 and a second coil 7 arranged along the outer periphery of the heating roller 1 on the inside of the fixing belt 2.
