PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which is easily constructed, seals a section between a wall face panel 1 and a window panel 2 including corner parts over the whole periphery of the window panel 2 satisfactorily, and supports weight of the window panel 2 effectively, and also to provide its construction method. SOLUTION: Receiving brackets 21 are mounted in a part between both of indoor side sealing material 19 and outdoor side sealing material 20 in a plurality of sections being different from each other in the direction of length of a lower frame 7 among lower faces of the lower frame 7 so as to displace in the direction of length of the lower frame 7. A supporting bracket 25 whose lower face is abutted on an upper face of the wall face panel 1, is fixed on the receiving bracket 21 by a screw. When filling the space with the indoor side sealing material 19, the supporting bracket 25 is removed, and the receiving bracket 21 is moved along the lower frame 7 to prevent both of these brackets 21, 25 from disturbing the filling work.
