PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a quaternary pyridinium oxime and aldoxime into a storage-stable, rapidly solvated organic inclusion complex. SOLUTION: The quaternary pyridinium oxime and aldoxime effective for the therapy of the nervous poisoning caused by organophosphorus toxins and containing a reactivator of a carboxy, choline and other esterases are combined with cyclodextrin to provide the storage-stable rapidly solvated organic inclusion complex. The gun-type rapidly administering means including the organic inclusion complex so as to be freely dischargeable is also provided. As a result, the quaternary pyridinium and aldoxime effective for a mammal in the therapy of the nervous poisoning caused by the organophosphorus toxins can be formed into the stable form suitable for the storage.
