PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve rotation accuracy in a low rotation area of a group of tamper motors and a group of vibrator motors and realize cost reduction. SOLUTION: A discharging pipe 14 of a hydraulic source 13 is branched into a pipe 17 on the tamper side and a pipe 18 on the vibrator side, and the pipe 17 on the tamper side communicates with a tank 7 through a flow control valve 19 on the tamper side which constitutes a meter-in circuit on the tamper side and the group of tamper motors 6a, 6b, and 6c. The pipe 18 on the vibrator side communicates with the tank 7 through a flow control valve 20 on the vibrator side which constitutes a meter-in circuit on the vibrator side and the group of vibrator motors 8a, 8b, 8c, and 8d.
