PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative long seat cover of a functional block easily detachable and preventing it from being raised from a door face even if it is used over a long period. SOLUTION: A shallow box-shaped rear plate 4 opened at the one face is secured to the door face 3. The long seat cover is generally formed in a slender and shallow boat shape. The long seat cover is fitted with its recessed part facing the door face. A pair of spring plate materials 12a, 12a extending in the longitudinal direction are secured to one end of the long seat cover 2. A plurality of projections are formed at the free end edge parts of the spring plate materials so as to be projected to the opposite side of the spring plate materials.
