PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a debris intercepting board which effectively prevents scattering of a debris by a simple constitution on a road construction site and which can be easily moved because it is lightweight, and to provide a debris intercepting wall using the debris intercepting board. SOLUTION: This debris intercepting board comprises a pedestal 17, a support 18, a first fixed board 19, and a second fixed plate 20; the fixed board 19 is held by a groove part which is provided in the support 18; the fixed board 20 is installed, in a state of being inclined by a predetermined angle by means of a second-fixed-board locking part which is constituted of an inclined plane and a locking groove part, provided on the upper part of the support 18; and water can be stored in the pedestal 17. The fixing boards 19 and 20 are formed as nets with a frame part.
