PURPOSE:To provide the subject machine wherein a vibration generating element connected to a vibration generating body through a vent hole opened in a heating cylinder is arranged to contact a molten resin thereby to enable rapid degassing at the vent-hole, and reduce the size of the vent hole and make the vent up difficult. CONSTITUTION:At a vent hole 3 provided at the intermediate of a heating cylinder 1 a vibration generating element 10 vibrated by means of an oscillating coil 12 is arranged to come into contact with a molten resin 11. The resin 11 is imparted with vibration at the vent hole 3, and by this vibration a cavitation occurs in the molten resin and the separation of a volatile component is accelerated, the volatile component in the molten resin being rapidly degassed and exhausted in the atmosphere through a vacuum pump 17. Even when the resin produced no cavitation, the formation of the resinous film hindering the degassing of the volatile component is suppressed by the resin agition effect due to the vibration. |
