<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an LED display having increased perceptive pixel filling factor compared with a typical display formed by LED arrangement, and therefore having improved image quality. <P>SOLUTION: The LED device includes optical elements such as a reflection mirror, a light pipe, and/or various optical lenses, in addition to LED. The optical elements provide an expansion effect to a beam radiated by the LED being a point light source.
