PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing part structure of a vehicle capable of reducing the number of part items and facilitating mounting work by mounting a hinge means and an open stay to an opening/closing body via a common component. SOLUTION: A back door 2 for opening/closing a vehicle body opening part 3 is mounted on a vehicle body via a hinge 8, and an expandable open stay 30 for urging the back door 2 in the opening direction is interposed between the back door 2 and the vehicle body. The hinge 8 consists of a vehicle body side hinge member 15 to be mounted on the vehicle body, and a door side hinge member 16 to be mounted on the back door 2 while it is pivotably supported by and connected to the vehicle body side hinge member 15.
