PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof sheet enabling waterproof treatment in a short period and at a low cost. SOLUTION: The waterproof sheet 1 comprises a base material 3 made of a spunbonded nonwoven fabric, an asphalt layer 2 which is made of SBS modified asphalt and is arranged on a whole rear face of the base material 3, and a waterproof film 5, being a PET (polyethylene telephthalate) film, arranged on a whole surface of the base material 3 by the intermediary of a polyethylene-based hot melt adhesive agent 4.
