PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly open and close a sliding door by preventing deformation of a door lintel rail when fixing the door lintel rail to a door lintel groove by a machine screw. SOLUTION: This door lintel rail 10 is formed of a downward opening recessed part 13 having a substantially U-shaped cross section and plate-like parts 12 and 12 extending on the same plane to both sides of this recessed part. The respective plate-like parts have a thick part 16 and thin parts 17a and 17b. An upper surface of the thick part is formed in a substantially flat shape, and can be brought into close contact with a door lintel groove bottom surface. An upper surface of the thin parts is positioned on a low level between this upper surface and the upper surface of the thick part. Even if the thick part is deformed a little when screwing a machine screw 25 in the thick part for fixing this door lintel rail to a door lintel 20, since the deformation is absorbed by both side thin parts, the deformation of the whole door lintel rail is minimized, and does not hinder opening-closing of the sliding door 21.
