<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition capable of easily utilizing a useful ingredient contained in a kudzu flower (flower of Pueraria lobata), by improving a flavor and stability specific to the kudzu flower. <P>SOLUTION: This composition contains a processed material of the kudzu flower and an organic acid, such as ascorbic acid, citric acid, and α-lipoic acid.
