PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-storage cloth such as a woven fabric or knit fabric imparted with heat-storage property without deteriorating the characteristic touch and moisture permeability of the cloth and having excellent heat-retaining property. SOLUTION: This heat-storage cloth is a woven fabric produced by using a non-conductive yarn 1 and a conductive yarn 2 and the surface resistivity of the cloth is set to 10<SP>5</SP>to 10<SP>10</SP>Ω/sq.
