PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform the supply of molten iron into a converter, in a converter process. SOLUTION: In a converter facility, the molten iron is supplied into the converter 2 while handling a ladle 3 with a crane 4 so that the number of the ladles 3 always arranged in a expenditure stations 6, is not lower than "the number of the stations - 1", during one cycle of the crane.
