PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the important sentence extraction accuracy of the extraction of an important sentence from electronic text.

SOLUTION: An important sentence is extracted by the execution of a training sentence vector creation program 121 for creating training sentence vectors based on training electronic text, an important sentence prior probability calculation program 122 for calculating important sentence prior probabilities from the training sentence vectors, a test sentence vector creation program 124 for creating test sentence vectors from test electronic text, a test sentence generation probability calculation program 125 for calculating test sentence generation probabilities according to an expression representing a test sentence generation probability acquired when a word generation probability conforms to a conjugate prior distribution, and an important sentence extraction program 126 for calculating the probability that each sentence included in the test electronic text will be an important sentence according to the important sentence prior probabilities and test sentence generation probabilities to extract an important sentence.
