<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress system fluctuation upon synchronization of a distributed power supply by monitoring the entire distributed power supply and remotely controlling the turn of the synchronization of the distributed power supply, time and a synchronous signal. <P>SOLUTION: The system combining system is provided with a power supply controller 7a which corresponds to a power supply 4a connected to a system 2 via a circuit breaker 5a, and with a central monitoring system 9 which monitors the power supply controller 7a via a net work. The power supply controller 7a is provided with synchronization means 10 to 12 synchronizing the power of the system 2 with the power of power supply 4a; and with signal output means 13 to 19 for providing the central monitoring system 9 via the net work with a condition valid signal indicating that a synchronization condition is established, when the synchronization between the power of the system 2 and the power of the power supply 4a is achieved by the synchronization means 10 to 12.
