PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a proper seal between a skin seal section and a base material seal section by enabling a skin to be properly and surely set to a foam-molding die. SOLUTION: At a specified position on the external edge of a skin setting surface 46 which is provided in a first molding die 42, a skin guide 50 with which the end edge of the skin seal section 24 being formed on the skin 20 can be brought into contact by being extended to the skin setting surface 46 side is made to attend. While the end edge of the skin seal section 24 is brought into contact with the skin guide 50, the skin 20 is set on the skin setting surface 46. After the completion of the setting of the skin 20, the skin guide 50 is made to retract from the external edge of the skin setting surface 46.
