PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor excellent in wear resistance and electrical properties. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor contains a polyester polycarbonate resin whose viscosity average molecular weight (Mv) is 10,000-300,000 and a polyester resin having a dicarboxylic acid residue represented by formula (1) within a molecule in a photosensitive layer disposed on a conductive substrate.
