PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced concrete-made permanent form capable of being produced at a plant in advance, facilitating the conveyance because of its light-weight form, being simply assembled only by installing it on a base concrete at a site, being formed in an optional height by piling up a plurality of steps, shortening a construction period of time, greatly reducing a construction cost and, at the same time, coating the surface of a concrete structure to prevent the neutralization. SOLUTION: The fiber-reinforced concrete-made permanent form is formed in a hollow box-shape opening upper and lower surfaces and surfaces in front and behind consisting of both right and left side plates 2 and 3 formed of the concrete reinforced by reinforced fibers and connecting them with ribs 4, projection sections 5 are formed in the upper surfaces of both right and left side plates 2 and 3, a step section 6 engaging the projection sections 5 with the bottoms of both right and left side plates 2 and 3, and the ribs 4 are provided along the longitudinal direction on up and down of the opposite surfaces of both right and left side plates 2 and 3 at predetermined intervals to integrally connect both right and left side plates.
