Improvement in the impact resistance of PAS resin moldings is investigated, and suitability for continuous molding in mass production (improvement in mold releasability) and adhesion to coating materials are improved simultaneously. The composition comprises (A) 100 parts by weight of a polyarylene sulfide resin and, compound therewith, (B) 1 to 20 parts by weight of a graft copolymer comprising a glycidyl-free olefin copolymer (b-1) obtained mainly from an alpha-olefin and an alpha, beta-unsaturated carboxylic ester and one or more (co)polymers (b-2) composed of specific repeating units and chemically bonded to the copolymer (b-1) so as to form branches or a crosslinked structure and (C) 1 to 20 parts by weight of an olefin copolymer obtained mainly from an alpha-olefin and the glycidyl ester of an alpha,beta-unsaturated acid.
