PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the application independently of a pipe kind, exert a high anti-pulling force as a pipe joint device for pressure feed drainage, and improve reliability in joint connection. SOLUTION: The pipe joint device for pressure feed drainage feeds the drainage under pressure from a drainage part into an external exhaust part. There is inserted a packing in which a plurality of rigid spheres 25 are arranged between an outer periphery of a pipe body 11 and an inside slope 19 of a joint ring 15. The rigid spheres 25 are pressed against the outer periphery of the pipe body 11 by a component of force at the inside slope when fastening the joint ring 15, and a grip 30 to fasten the outer periphery of the pipe body 11 are integrated with a joint 18 independently of a fastening means to fasten the joint ring 15. The grip has a C-clamp shaped front face with an end capable of being opened and closed. The end is fastened by a bolt and a nut in the closing direction, or is comprised of a pair of almost semi-spherical grip parts, integrated with each joint 18.
