<p>This invention relates to a trailer hitch plate (10) which includes a body (13) defining an operatively upper bearing surface (11) and a hitch pin slot (14), having a throat (12) defined at a closed end (15) thereof, in which a hitch pin (100) is receivable. The plate (10) includes hitch pin locking means (20), for locking a hitch pin (100) in position in the throat, and displacement means (25) for displacing the hitch pin locking means (20) between an open position and a closed position.</p> |
