PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing method and a photographic device which take photographs (or ceases to take photographs) by triggering with a change of a specified part of the object. SOLUTION: An object figure 32 has a mark 45 (Figure (a)). A photograph taker 43 fixes the angle of the photographing device, specifies the mark 45 as a detecting part by operating a key, and enters into the view of the photographing device. The photographic device monitors the luminance of the mark 45, and if the luminance of the mark 45 changes exceeding the threshold, operates the shutter to take the photograph. After the person to be photographed 43 enters into the view of the photographic device and makes the mark 45 concealed (Figure (b)), the luminance of the mark 45 changes exceeding the threshold, and the photographic device carries out the photographing operation.
