SUBSTANCE: in a method of treating freshly harvested grain, the treatment is effected with arachidonic and/or eicosapentaenic acid derivatives, in particular, with aqueous solution of substances having general formula R1-(CH2)m-NHn-R3-n-X wherein R1 is arachidonamine or eicosapentaeneamine, m=2-4, n=1-3, R is alkyl, and X inorganic acid residue. EFFECT: improved operation safety.
