PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for converting the energy of a permanent magnet effective for reducing carbon dioxide into electrical energy with respect to prevent global warming. SOLUTION: The device comprises coils A6, B7, C8 overlapped to a core 5 for winding; a full-wave rectifying circuit connected to the parallel circuit of the coil A6 and the coil B7; a capacitor A10 connected to the coil C8 in parallel; the permanent magnet A1 mounted to the core 5; and the permanent magnets B2, C3, D4. When an AC power supply is connected to the full-wave rectifying circuit, the electromagnetic induction energy of magnetic flux, where magnetic flux by the coils A6, B7 is added to that by the permanent magnets A1, B2, C3, D4, is generated in the coil C8 at the output side.
